Payment account European Store

To offer chargeable apps you have to create an account with our payment service provider first. The payment service provider of the European Store is Novalnet.

To create a payment account, proceed as follows:

In your profile, go to the “Store Profile” tab.
Activate the checkbox of the European Store.
Click the Save button.
Click on the Create Payment Account button.

You will then be forwarded to the Novalnet page “Affiliate Program”. This page will contain pre-entered data.

Complete the data.
Click the “Submit” button.

Novalnet will generate your contract login and send it to you via email.

Log in to the Novalnet contract portal.
Go through the contract process as specified.

This process includes the following steps:

Uploading of the trading licence and, depending on the company's legal form, a trade register excerpt.
Identification: You can have yourself identified via PostIdent, VideoIdent or also via our own IdentForm.

To complete the contract process, proceed as follows:

Print out the service contract.
Fill out the service contract.
Sign the service contract.
Send the service contract to Novalnet by mail.
